As the researching fish has many benefits, 1 fish contains low quantity fat however those fat has been proven can decrease cholesterol, it also contain so many vitamins such as Vitamin D Calcium phosphorus so on . So the fish is the best of meats is good for old people and people with heart disease.

But do you know which kind of fish is better for you? Ok Let’s me give you a clue about it!

1. Crucian

Properties: sweet and warm. Channels: Spleen and Stomach.

Functions& Indications:

A. Clears heat ,reduces swelling and relieves fire toxin ( such as abdomen edema ,herniated)

B. Drain heat and increase Qi of Spleen.( whole body edema , fatigue after meal and easy be exhausted)
